Carman vs. Cowen

We learned this morning that the Post's Tim Carman doesn't like $20 sandwiches and drunk, sweaty teenagers. So to close out the day, here's another thing he doesn't like: when people talk shit on food snobs. This afternoon Carman responds to writer Tyler Cowen's statement that "food snobbery is pessimistic, paternalistic, and most of all it is anti-innovation." But what of the indoor fish farms, urban farms and solar farms? Carman writes, "Food snobs can, and do, embrace all these." [WaPo]
