Well here's a notable sommelier shuffle: Kat Bangs worked her last shift ever at Komi this past weekend and has now moved to New York for a marketing position with Cooper Spirits International. Bangs has been a longtime fixture at the four-star restaurant and tells the Washingtonian, "It's not even a step up, it's just different step. There's no step up from Komi." [Washingtonian]
