Prince of Petworth reports on the shutter — both current and impending — of some neighborhood restaurants at or near the intersection of 14th and U Streets. You can thank construction efforts on the Louis at 14th development for the closure of U-topia Bar & Grill, which has already closed its doors for the next 14 months.
