Award-winning chef and restaurateur Todd Gray reminisces about that time he went for jumbo slice with fellow luminaries José Andrés and Roberto Donna: "José Andrés was cooking at Café Atlantico, which was at the Cashion's space. I remember doing a dinner with José and Roberto [Donna] in 1993. We did a Caribbean dinner. Roberto and I did a ragu of conch and prawns. We finished at 11:30 and we were like, "God, I'm so hungry."
