Graffiato's Picnic-Inspired Barbecue Pork Pizza

As part of Eater's first ever Pizza Week, chefs at six major Washington, DC restaurants agreed to make a special limited edition pie, served just this week. Every day we'll highlight a new one. On deck today: Barbecue Pork Pizza from Graffiato.

[R. Lopez]

Up next in Pizza Week, the wood oven pizza that Mike Isabella's Chinatown restaurant Graffiato has been featuring as a special all week long: a barbecue pork pizza with caramelized onion, ramps and cheddar. According to the restaurant, the pizza "was inspired by outdoor BBQs and picnics enjoyed with friends and family during long holiday weekends throughout the summer season."

Want a taste? It's available at Graffiato this whole week for $16. And stay tuned to get a peek at the rest of our limited edition pies from La Forchetta and both Rustico locations.
