The folks over at Eat the District have an interview with Bill Blackburn of Pork Barrel BBQ and forthcoming projects Chop Chop and Dragon. He acknowledges that the latter two restaurants have hit some delays, though one could open as soon as the next couple of months. Blackburn also hints at a future Pork Barrel BBQ pop-up, likely at the LivingSocial event space, 918 F Street. [Eat the District]
