A couple of weeks back, Eater NY heard from a reliable source that José Andrés has picked out a space in Brooklyn for a New York restaurant. Now, Andrés tells Bon Appétit that it's not just any restaurant he's considering: "I may move my Minibar to New York, why not?" Andrés later clarified via Twitter: "i said that ny needs always unique places like minibar!" [BA, Twitter]
