Bonmi opened its fast-casual Vietnamese doors downtown just this past fall, but apparently it's already on its way to joining the food truck brigade. Food Truck Fiesta reports that Bonmi plans to launch a truck in June "serving their version of Banh Mi sandwiches as well as a rotating selection of: Garlic Lemongrass Chicken BONMi, BONMi Beef, Pulled Pork, and Five spice Chicken."
