Caps-Watching Party at Rogue 24; The Pig's Menu Reveal

BLAGDEN ALLEY—High off a stint at the Sweetlife Festival, Rogue 24 is bringing back the "haute dawgs" offered at the festival tonight for an alleyway Caps game watch party. Per Facebook, "We’ll provide the game; you bring a plate, lawn chair and beverage (and cooler, kids, dogs, whatever your style)." It all gets started at 6 p.m. and all food items are $6 or less. LOGAN CIRCLE—Prince of Petworth discovers that The Pig has posted its menu on its window and snaps a few pictures. These reveal the likes of trotter ravioli, porchetta, roasted rabbit roulade, pig ramen and a chickpea hash. [PoP]

THE YARDS—In more event-planning, please note that Yards Park brings back its summer concert series on Friday and vendors include Neighborhood Restaurant Group members. Red Apron will have the artisan hot dogs; Buzz Bakery will have baked goods, popsicles and more; and Greg Engert is overseeing the rotating selection of draft beers.
