Spanish chef José Andrés is already an ambassador and one of Time's most influential people and a whole lot more, but now he is also officially a dean. The New York and California-based International Culinary Center has named Andrés dean of their Spanish Studies program. He'll work with fellow Spanish food expert Colman Andrews of Saveur to "develop a curriculum that can begin to foster new apostles in the art, history, and future of Spanish cuisine." [PRNewswire]
