After a period of soft opening, the team over at Quench sends word that they are celebrating their grand opening this very night out in Rockville. You might recall from an early look at the space last month, this is the restaurant and cocktail bar that aims to "recreate the urban experience in the suburbs." So the cocktail list here is about 40-strong with classics, mocktails, cocktails for kids and, of course, cocktails of their own creation.

The dinner menu here is mainly playful small plates — their take on wings with mumbo sauce, a half-smoke, pine nut brittle named Pig Nuts and a Tongue and Cheek sandwich made with pastrami and corned beef tongue. Heading in during the first week or so? Let us know how it goes.
