The developer behind the forthcoming CityCenter DC told a Las Vegas conference yesterday that they're close to locking in merchants for a gourmet food market in the space. According to the Washington Post, there are 11 unnamed merchants going into the space to include "seafood vendors as well as gourmet charcuterie merchants to create a space similar to Dean & Delucca, but on the scale of an Eastern Market."
