GEORGETOWN—Georgetown Dish reports that Papa-Razzi has closed its doors on Wisconsin Avenue with a note on the door thanking patrons for "all the wonderful years." The chain still has 10 other US locations. [GD]

EVERYWHERE—Zagat has an update on several restaurants that have either recently opened or are expected to open this coming summer, including the second ShopHouse location, which we already know is headed to the old Furin's space on M Street. It is aiming for late summer. [Zagat]

FOOD TRUCKS—The City Paper hears that there's now a zombie apocalypse-themed truck on the mean streets of Washington, DC. Called Pho Junkies, it serves pho, but not brains. [WCP]
