Now that the word's out about her new venture at Union Market, Gina Chersevani shares some details on her forthcoming soda shop with the Washingtonian. First of all, it will go by the name Buffalo and Bergen, there will be 15 seats, and beyond doing the classics of fountain sodas, egg creams and malts, the mixologist will, duh, be offering adult versions of her drinks.
