CAPITOL HILL—Tomorrow evening, Art & Soul launches their weekly Wednesday crab boils out on the patio. They'll have Louisiana-style jumbo crabs — in orders of three, six or 12 — plus sides such as corn on the cob, potatoes and sausage and specials on Flying Dog beer.
