It would appear that gentrification has hit Park View to the point where now the iconic Fish in the Hood has put up new signage reading, "Fish in the Neighborhood." Though owner Bill White tells the Washington Post that he hasn't formally changed the name of the restaurant, but explains, "The avenue is changing, and I’m like the last of the Mohicans around here....We’re adjusting, because it’s the only way to survive."
