And the trend of food trucks going brick-and-mortar continues, this time with the news that Far East Taco Grille is working on a new restaurant. The City Paper reports that it'll be a "small grab-and-go shop near H Street NE" with an open kitchen and the truck's Asian fusion tacos. Far East is also launching a second truck, and both projects are expected to open in the summer. [WCP]
