Tom Sietsema has some good news for museum-goers in this week's First Bite column, in which he checks out José Andrés' Garden Cafe Catalonia at the National Gallery of Art. The critic's only complaint was a too-small pour of wine, but is full of praise for most everything else on the buffet line, specifically the cold fruit soup: "Back at my table, I spoon into the recommendation and swoon. Garlic, vinegar and emulsified fruit wash over my tongue." [WaPo]
