armands-150.jpgAfter 37 years in business, the original location of Armand's Pizzeria is calling it quits at the end of June. NBC Washington reports that a combination of high rent and increased food prices has forced owner Ron Neumaier to shutter the restaurant that his father opened in 1975. The six Armand's franchises will remain open, but the Tenleytown pizzeria will close its doors on June 30. [NBC Washington]
