Though Beuchert's Saloon closed its doors on Capitol Hill back in, oh, 1934, a trio of restaurateurs have plans to bring it back this fall. The City Paper has the scoop on the forthcoming restaurant and bar that aims to stay true to its history as a saloon and Prohibition-era speakeasy.
