EastShawDC finds records filed with the D.C. Recorder of Deeds that indicate Corduroy's Tom Power has purchased a building just up the street. Apparently, the deed transfer was filed on April 25 and, per EastShaw, Power "appears to have clear title to the property." There's no word on what the restaurateur intends to do with the space, which houses Mood Lounge. [EastShawDC]
