Wagshal's, the popular Spring Valley deli/market/butcher shop, has plans for an expansion to the American University-adjacent neighborhood of Wesley Heights. The Post has the scoop that the 4,000-square-foot property will combine the market and the deli, plus add in sit-down service. It could open as soon as February or March of 2013. [WaPo]
