CHINATOWN—PS 7's chef Peter Smith is not only packing up his buttermilk fried chicken and other picnic staples into takeaway boxes for your summer outdoor dining needs — he's also offering delivery. Of course, it's only in a four-block radius of the restaurant, but it's a nice gesture. The fried chicken basket is $21 per person for the lunch portion and $27 for the dinner portion.
