The Washingtonian calls it that late 2012 just might be "the era of the boozy delicatessen" with the latest details on Chinatown's forthcoming Carving Room. It turns out that in addition to those hand-carved sandwiches — made with pastrami, corned beef, roast lamb, seasonal pickled vegetables, etc — this place will have a cocktail list and about 10 draft beers when it opens in the fall.
