Tom Sietsema takes a First Bite at Sugo Cicchetti, the recently unveiled Italian concept from the Cava team. "Selling points" abound, per Sietsema, who notes that, "A salad of fennel and oranges is breezy with mint and sparkling with champagne vinegar. Fried cauliflower is dappled with tomato and creamy tufts of goat cheese.
