Big congrats due out to Matthew Petersen of CityZen/Sou'Wester, who is competing in the third annual StarChefs.com International Pastry Competition. This fall, he'll go up against pastry pros from restaurants such as L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Colicchio & Sons and Uchiko for cash prizes and glory.
