The team over at Ris sends word that they've hired a new executive pastry chef in Sue Drabkin, formerly of the Inn at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels. Drabkin replaces Chris Kujala, who the Ris folks explain left the West End restaurant back in March to take a corporate role in pastry operations in Robert Wiedmaier's ever-growing empire of restaurants.
