Watch Kyle Bailey's Inadvertent Memorial to Radius

Birch & Barley's Kyle Bailey is the subject of the latest Munchies by Vice magazine, the video series that follows the likes of Anthony Bourdain, David Chang and others during a late night on the town. This is the first time a DC chef has ever gotten the Munchies treatment and, sadly, the first half of it turns into a memorial of sorts for the now-sorta-shuttered Radius, which plans to reopen under the same name but with new leadership in the fall.

The Munchies crew followed Bailey, his wife and Neighborhood Restaurant Group pastry chef Tiffany MacIsaac, and the group's beer director Greg Engert for a night eating pretty much everything on the menu at Radius, then taking now-former Radius owner Todd Wiss with them to order pretty much every drink on the menu at Room 11. They finish the evening up back at Birch & Barley making gigantic Hot Pockets and "foiemelettes."
