Less than two months after opening out in Rockville, restaurant and cocktail bar Quench has replaced yet another employee. The Washingtonian has the scoop that chef Richard Gunter has been replaced with sous chef Evan Griffin whose "vision was much more in line with what our customers want," per owner Michael Holstein, meaning corned beef brisket rather than corned beef tongue. Gunter lasted almost two months longer than bar manager Steve Oshana. [Washingtonian]
