Well, not only has Jason Maddens parted ways with Central Michel Richard, but he's also going to be leading the kitchen in a new project out in Sterling, The Bungalow Lakehouse. Tom Sietsema reports that Maddens will design a menu to include "flatbread pizzas, roast chicken, a pork chop, seared scallops on a sauce of corn chowder and whole grilled trout with arugula and heirloom tomatoes" for the 18,000-square-foot restaurant.
