Back in May, Richard Sandoval confirmed to Eater that he'd be opening a DC location of his pan-Latin Dubai restaurant Toro Toro, but he hadn't yet signed a lease. Well, now the Washington Business Journal has it that Toro Toro is going to be joining the McPherson Square neighborhood with a lease signed at 1300 Eye Street, NW, for the churrascaria with small plates and a lounge.
