Last month came word that the guys behind Seasonal Pantry and Sundevich are turning their eyes next to a project named A&D Bar, serving cocktails and "rustic bar food." Today, the Washingtonian learns that since there's no kitchen on the premises, one potential menu item is "a riff on poutine with potato chips—remember, no fryer—smothered in curds, bacon, and homemade cheese sauce."
