Sweetgreen Will Swoop Into the West End in September

Sweetgreen's growth continues to accelerate with a brand new location headed to the West End in just one month from now. Signage advertising a bicycle giveaway for instagram users is already up at the new outpost, which is located on M Street next to a CVS and around the corner from the Westend Bistro. And the buildout for this one should be relatively quick — a rep for Sweetgreen anticipates this one will open in September.

Meanwhile, what about the Sweetgreen headed to City Vista? Well the buildout is pretty much complete, training is underway, and it should open in the middle of next week. After that? Well, all of this is well within Sweetgreen's stated plans to open one store a month for the rest of the year, with a number of potential locations under consideration.
