Well apparently today is quite the day for fast-casual openings. Beyond this morning's opening of Protein Bar and Sweetgreen, Prince of Petworth reports that the long-awaited Columbia Heights location of Z-Burger is now open in the Tivoli building. Then on U Street, Mediterranean — formerly known as 24/7 — has opened in the old Love Cafe space. [PoP]
