Little Serow's Late Summer Break; Earl's Expansion Plan

BALLSTON—Popular Courthouse shop Earl's Sandwiches is branching out to open a new location in Ballston, according to ARLnow. It should open in early September with Earl's menu of sandwiches, hot dogs, wraps and more. [ARLnow]

ADAMS MORGAN—The Washingtonian gets some more detail on the forthcoming changes at Toledo Lounge, which closed earlier this month for a break and possible rebranding. Owner Amy Bowman confirms that the bar will reopen in as soon as six weeks with a new name and more upscale menu. [Washingtonian]
