Yesterday was the official ribbon-cutting with DC mayor Vincent Gray and today Lime Fresh Mexican Grill opens its very first location in DC proper. The chain has recently opened locations in Clarendon and Pentagon City and now adds Columbia Heights to its DC region takeover. Store hours are 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings. [EaterWire]
