Ted Maglaris, owner of the Chicago-based restaurant Prasino, tells Eater Chicago that he's looking to bring the concept to DC and three other cities in the near future. There's no timeline yet, but apparently two locations should open in 2013 — Miami, Atlanta and Dallas are also in the mix. The organic and local-focused restaurant already has a couple of outposts in the Chicago area, one of which just celebrated its first anniversary. [Eater Chicago]
