It's been awhile since a Washington restaurant or bar touted its brand new table taps, but it appears that Lou's City Bar has jumped on board that train. Prince of Petworth reports that the Columbia Heights sports bar has installed two tables with tap lines. There's also a revamped menu in place with things like a pizza burger and Natty Boh-battered fish n chips. [PoP]
