H STREET—Roll Call's Warren Rojas discovers that Taylor Gourmet will hold its first-ever competitive hoagie-eating contest at this year's H Street Festival on September 15. The goal will be to eat 10 of the six-inch 9th Street Italian hoagies in 20 minutes for a $200 cash prize and, obviously, glory. Should anyone win, owner Casey Patten tells Rojas that he'll get a Taylor Gourmet tattoo. [Roll Call]
