Cleveland Park bistro Le Zinc is officially on its third chef since opening last year. The Washingtonian reports that former Jack's Restaurant and Bar chef Herbert Kerschbaumer has been helming the kitchen since June. He takes over for Janis McLean, who left for Social Reform Kitchen & Bar, and plans to add emphasis on the seasonal and more affordable — plus an entire section of the menu just for mussels.
