The man behind Bethesda's popular Newton's Table has got designs for a fast-casual project in DC proper, according to Bethesda magazine. Apparently chef/owner Dennis Friedman is planning a Chipotle-like concept called Newton's Noodles that will serve customizable bowls of the Fuzu noodles available at his restaurant.
