Though the new Hank's Oyster Bar outpost shares the same menu as its Dupont Circle and Alexandria locations, Tom Sietsema seems pleased about the two main differences in his First Bite column this week. First there's the addition of Gina Chersevani's cocktails, but also: "The original Hank's is a source of irritation for diners who can’t linger over a plate of something sweet because nothing but gratis chocolate chunks are offered at meal’s end.
