After being forced to partially shut down all summer long, Hank's Oyster Bar's patio is finally back to business as usual. The City Paper reports that owner Jamie Leeds has defeated the NIMBYs (again) in the case of her voluntary agreement that had prohibited Hank's from expanding — which it did last year when that agreement was initially terminated. In June, sparked by protesting neighbors, the Court of Appeals sent the decision back to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, which just reaffirmed it. [WCP, Previously]
