The latest in Peter Chang chronicling comes from the Washington Post, which reports that the much-beloved and one-time local chef opens his third Virginia restaurant later this month in Williamsburg. Most importantly, Chang's business partner Gen Lee explains that it's all part of a plan to earn enough capital to return to DC: "You want to be a great chef and a great restaurant, you must a have Washington, D.C.
