Opening Report

Not only is "Latin speakeasy" Boveda now open in the West End's Westin Hotel, but so is a second location of the Caucus Room. The Washingtonian notes that the dining room overlooks the hotel's patio where owner Larry Work "says he hopes to do an ice bar come winter," plus a long bar from which guests can order from both restaurants' menus.
