Columbia Heights favorite Pho 14 is on an expansion tear with newly revealed plans to open a third location, this time in Van Ness. Yesterday evening, the folks over at Don Rockwell rumormongered that Pho 14 was moving into the Jerry's Sub's & Pizza space, and now Prince of Petworth confirms with the owners that, yes, this is indeed their plan. The space — which offers outdoor dining — will open "shortly after the Adams Morgan location...opens in a couple of weeks." [Don Rockwell, PoP]
