Even though they've banded together to rock sauerkraut this month, it's not all fun and games—the Kraut Rocks chefs are engaged in some serious competition. Each chef has created a signature sauerkraut dish, with the intention of elevating the ingredient, while being named fan favorite (as determined by your votes at KrautRocks.com). Here's what's in the running at their restaurants this month:
Ryan Wheeler's Sauerkraut Scotch Egg; Fabrice Reymond's Aumoniere; Teddy Folkman's Kraut Rock Mussels; Erik Bruner-Yang's Suan Cai Pork Belly Rice; and Pork Loin Kraut from Ian Reeve.
