Today is the opening day for the Angelika Film Center, an eight-screen independent movie theater that has taken hold in Northern Virginia's Mosaic District project. As has been noted, the cafe component of the theater boasts a menu designed by former Top Chef contestant Lee Anne Wong. According to Northern Virginia Magazine: "Think hot dogs topped with kimchi slaw or black bean and corn salsa. There are also four types of artisan popcorn (go for the Pizza Italiano or the Tandoori) and nachos made with blue corn chips and topped with cheese, black beans or guacamole." [NVM]
