So what is the nightlife-focused concept that will be taking over the soon-to-shutter Hudson space? Tom Sietsema reports today that the man behind Barcode and Fujimar is opening an Italian restaurant named The Greenhouse Bistro in the space. Hudson will be gutted (except for its pizza oven) and the new restaurant "will feature 'high-end sandwiches, pizza and pasta' and a dominant square bar as well as a 'big, big brunch' and hours pitched at night owls" — meaning a 5 a.m. closing time.
