Since now we know that Jeffrey Jew is both a future Top Chef contestant and now living in Florida, who is manning the kitchen at the Brixton? The City Paper reports that former Sabor'a Street truck owner Jorge Pimentel was promoted from sous to executive chef a day after joining the Brixton. He'll launch a new menu on Monday with dishes such as shepherd's pie and a red Thai coconut curry. Also: high tea this weekend. [WCP]
